Evergreen Home Loans, a company based in Bellevue, Washington, is growing its business across the United States.
The company recently announced that it has started offering home loans in 11 new states: Texas, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Wyoming, Nebraska, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Ohio, and New Mexico.

Evergreen Home Loans also plans to be licensed in 18 more states by the end of the first quarter of 2026. The company does not plan to be in every state, but is currently hiring for jobs like branch managers, loan officers, and support staff across several regions.
